Hagberg’s Bakwi

You just hafta give these babies a spin! “Bakwi” is Korean for “wheels.” This exclusive Hagberg’s ready-to-cook dish features thinly cut marinated flank steak wheeled around Daikon radish. Daikon radishes are mild in flavor with a slightly peppery bite. Combining that with our own Hagberg’s Korean BBQ marinade results in a truly unique flavor. Hagberg’s Korean BBQ marinade is a house favorite featuring a unique blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.

Hagberg’s Bakwi make a great lite meal all on their own or serve them as an appetizer to share. They also make attractive center platers, served on a rice bed surrounded by steamed or stir-fried veggies.

How to cook Hagberg’s Bakwi.

Place your Hagberg’s Bakwi on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cook in an oven preheated to 425° F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. And don’t forget to cut the string off before enjoying.
