At Hagberg’s, we could easily stock more common beef grades to save on costs or manage the tighter supply. But that’s not our way. Yes, the beef supply has tightened, and Prime has gotten more expensive and harder to source, but compromising on quality simply isn’t part of our DNA.
While USDA Prime is the shining star of the meat case, Hagberg’s goes beyond the usual ribeyes and tenderloins.
