How To Cook Hagberg’s Bubba

Everything you love about an authentic BBQ meal wrapped up in a deliciously neat package.

The Bubba is a boneless pork loin wrapped around our BBQ pulled pork, Aunt Nellie’s Beans, slices of smoked beef brisket, and Cheddar cheese, then dusted with our own BBQ rub. Try it with Big Bill’s 1938 Sweet Vidalia BBQ Sauce.

How to cook ‘em.

Place ‘em on a lightly oiled baking pan and cook in a 400° F preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
