Our Cousin Vinny is a Hagberg’s original developed around the authentic Joe Tucci Italian sausage recipe from the old neighborhood in East St. Paul. It starts with an expertly trimmed beef tenderloin. Then we roll it around Joe’s Italian sausage, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh spinach.

How to cook a Hagberg’s, Cousin Vinny.

Place your Cousin Vinny on a lightly oiled baking sheet to prevent sticking. Cook in an oven preheated to 425° F for 10 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

And remember, if you’re working on your Belair with the four-barrel carb while waiting for Cousin Vinny, “… the correct ignition timing would be four degrees before top-dead-center.”
